Position Overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Python & GenAI Developer to design and deliver robust Python applications and advanced Agentic AI workflows. You’ll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering output with business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable Python applications and services.

• Develop production-ready Agentic AI workflows and multi‑model RAG pipelines (e.g., LangGraph), including MCP-based low-latency tool integrations.

• Lead technical design, code reviews, and best-practice implementation.

• Collaborate with teams to define requirements and ensure solution alignment with business needs.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and test applications for reliability and performance.

• Maintain clear documentation and drive continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on modern Python, AI, and cloud technologies.
   

On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You to Have:

• 3–7 years of Python development with solid OOP skills.

• Experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI and building RESTful APIs.

• Strong grasp of system architecture and software design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL); NoSQL exposure is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Ability to integrate diverse data sources, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.
