At mvue.ai, we’ve built an enterprise-grade architecture that combines agentic AI, modern microservices, and secure data orchestration to automate finance operations at scale — starting with collections and invoice-to-cash workflows.

Core Infrastructure

Our platform is deployed on AWS, leveraging EKS and ECS to orchestrate microservices, backed by secure Vault-managed secrets, IAM role enforcement, and WAF protection. Frontend is gated with Keycloak authentication and protected by AWS WAF for secure user access. API Gateway handles external requests into mvue’s intelligent backend, powered by a modular microservices cluster.

Agentic AI Layer

At the heart of mvue.ai is a set of Autonomous Finance Agents, including:

Mikvue Agent – core invoice reasoning engine
Mail/SMS/Call Agents – for multichannel dunning and collections
LLM Tooling – agents leverage OpenAI, Anthropic, and Langchain to make real-time decisions
Milvus – vector database for contextual memory and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

ERP & Data Integration

Mvue connects seamlessly with enterprise systems like Oracle ERP, NetSuite, and Epic through secure database connectors, enabling read/write sync of invoice statuses, dispute flags, and payment updates — no ERP surgery required.

Security & Observability

AWS CloudWatch and Postgres logs provide real-time monitoring of agent actions and system health
Secrets management is handled through Vault on EKS
Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions power repeatable and auditable deployments
Audit trails for every AI action are maintained for compliance and traceability
