Position Overview:

• 5+ years of product-management experience, including at least two years on AI/ML solutions
• Proven ability to translate Gen-AI possibilities into shipped product features
• Background in finance or fintech products is highly desirable
• Comfortable defining vision, building roadmaps, and presenting to executives and engineers alike
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously in a distributed environment

What You’ll Do:

• Craft product strategy and roadmap for new finance-focused AI agents
• Conduct market and customer research to validate problems and size opportunities
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and design through agile sprints to ship high-quality releases
• Drive go-to-market planning, launch metrics, and customer onboarding materials
• Monitor post-launch KPIs (profitability, ROI, adoption) and iterate quickly
• Ensure features meet data-security, privacy, and finance-compliance standards

Day-One Expectations:

• Solid grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation techniques
• Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern data stacks
• Familiarity with accounting flows such as AR, AP, and month-end close
• Experience running backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions
