About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) with a strong finance background, specifically in Accounts Receivable and cash flow management. As an APM at Mvue, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch products that transform financial operations through automation and intelligent AI.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Associate Product Manager experienced in finance processes such as Accounts Receivables, Payables, and Cash Flow Analytics. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to execute independently.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating and refining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and defining clear requirements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.

• Translate customer needs into actionable product features, specifications, and user stories.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to uncover product opportunities.

• Help manage product backlogs and participate in sprint planning and execution.

• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously enhance product value.

• Create clear documentation, presentations, and training materials for stakeholders.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in fintech product management.
   

On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You to Have:

• 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in large or mid-sized corporations.

• Strong understanding of financial processes such as Accounts Receivable, Payables, and cash management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to clearly communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).

• Educational qualification: CA, ICWA, or equivalent.
